Mammut introduce cold weather kit

MAMMUT RESIZED
Mammut have introduced a new range of lightweight and technical baselayers in preparation for the autumn/winter season.

Described as warm, dry and comfortable, the new ‘Go Intensive’ garments have been designed to allow protection from the elements and are especially suited for activities where high intensity exercise is followed by periods of rest. Made from natural and synthetic fibres, the baselayers use ‘body mapping’ in order to regulate body temperature over different areas, maintaining comfort over long periods of time.

Available for both men and women, the range’s key items include the Go Intensive T-Shirt Men (above, £40) and 3/4 Pants Men (£45) – which feature Merino wool and polyester mixed fabric to help wick away moisture from the skin, a contoured cut, close fit, long back panel to reduce cold spots, and an antimicrobial treatment to prevent odours. Zipped long-sleeved or short-sleeved t-shirts and three quarter length pant styles are available.

Also new for winter are the ultralight 280g men’s Broad Peak Light Jacket and the 250g women’s Miva Light Jacket (£175). Featuring a water-resistant Pertex Quantam outer, athletic fit and down fill, the jackets can be used as either an outer or mid layer and Mammut claim they’re ideal for ice climbing, winter hiking and ski touring.

All items are on sale now.
