Sir Chris Bonington, legendary climber, mountaineer & first ascensionist, has proven that age does not have to be a barrier to strength and fitness.

Led by British traditional climber, Leo Houlding, Sir Bonington defies age in his ascent of the famous sea stack. The Old Man of Hoy is revered by many, and is a classic sea cliff climb in the Highlands of Scotland.
