To coincide with the 60th anniversary year of the first Mount Everest ascent, Ellis Brigham are hosting mountaineering talks by two intrepid adventurers on Thursday 27th June at their Covent Garden Store 7.30 – 9.30pm.
Mollie Hughes, 21, recently successfully climbed Everest to become one of the youngest British climbers to summit the mountain while Malgosia Skowronska has laid claim to a number of unexplored ‘secret peaks’ in Afghanistan in order to raise positive awareness of the region, its environment, culture and people. The talks aim to give members of the public a chance to gain invaluable tips and advice for any planned adventures and be inspired by the courage, determination and challenges both faced along the way.
