The Druk Path Trek is the perfect two-week holiday to Bhutan combining an excellent short trek with the chance to experience the fascinating culture, people and places of the Thunder Dragon Kingdom.

The Druk Path trek takes in the most varied and beautiful sections of an ancient trail through the high mountains from Paro to Thimphu. Highlights include sacred lakes teeming with trout, meeting yak herders, visiting a haunted monastery and wonderful views of the snow-capped eastern Himalayan peaks. This five-day camping trek is combined with the must-see cultural highlights of Punakha, Paro and Thimphu including majestic Taktsang Monastery. Travel in October and you will also attend the thrilling Thimphu Festival.

On trek you will be led by highly experienced, English-speaking Bhutanese guides and will enjoy full-service camping with first-rate equipment, food and support staff. In the towns you will stay in comfortable hotel accommodation with all meals, transfers and sightseeing included.
