Marmot has teamed up with performance fabric expert Polartec to launch the Nabu jacket, made from a combination of Polartec’s innovative Neoshell and Power Dry High Efficiency fabrics.
The Nabu jacket (£250) offers the weather protection of a hardshell with the moisture regulating performance of a softshell. The Polartec Neoshell technology used for the Nabu jacket is highly breathable with two-way air exchange, is 99.9% wind resistant and delivers warmth without weight making it a great all-rounder. The Polartec Power Dry High Efficiency back gives the jacket its own internal climate control with the fabric shifting moisture rapidly to keep your skin dry when you sweat. The fabric features a bi-component knit construction, creating two surfaces, one to move moisture away at least 30% more than single component fabrics and the other to dry quickly keeping the core comfy.
