Rab have revealed their new spring/summer 2016 line, which includes their lightest ever alpine waterproof, a revamped sleeping bag collection, and an entire range dedicated to rock climbing.
Rab have also launched their Alpine Defined campaign which focuses on creating products that are the lightest possible for their intended function, without compromising protection or durability.
Some highlights of the spring/summer line include the Flashpoint jacket, Interval long sleeve tee, and Fulcrum pants.
The men and women’s Flashpoint jacket is their lightest waterproof jacket, and uses an updated super light-weight Pertex fabric and features a fully helmet-compatible hood – making it lightweight yet still a fully featured technical jacket.
The men and women’s Interval tee is a light-weight, fast drying technical tee, with Polygiene odour control, designed for active use in varied conditions. The Interval tee features a polyester grid knit, flatlock low bulk seams and 35+ UPF, and can be worn as a baselayer in cold conditions, or as a lightweight technical tee in warm conditions.
The men and women’s Fulcrum pant is a super light-weight, quick drying climbing pant, with a stretch Matrix DWS fabric, designed for mountain use in warm conditions, which are designed with a slim fit to provide greater freedom of movement, yet can be worn with a thin baselayer underneath. The Matrix DWS fabric provides 30+ UPF protection, making the Fulcrum pant ideal for summer climbing in hot environments.
