Swiss outdoor experts Mammut have recently released their new Maranguan and Misuan jackets, featuring clothing-specific Ajungilak XTi Climate technology to prevent users from overheating. The system works by transporting excess moisture and heat away from the body during high levels of activity, but remains insulating during periods of rest. Also made from Mammut’s DryTech premium fabric, these wind and water resistant jackets are designed to give protection from the elements, without compromising on flexibility.
Additional features include an underarm ventilation design with zips running directly to the side pocket, spray proof 2-way front zip, sealed seams, chest and inner pockets, pre-shaped sleeves with Velcro cuffs and a drawcord hem and lycra hand gaiters. Highly breathable and weighing in at 630g, the jackets are available in stores now and have a RRP of £250. Both come in a range of colours and the Misuan jacket has a drawn in waist to feminise it’s fit.
