A quick look at some of the exercises that you can do to help get your ski legs back after they have been to sleep over summer. These drills are excellent pre-trip practice on an artificial or indoor slopes and are also really useful to do on the first day of your ski holiday. They will help speed up the reconnection process and allow you to make the most of your trip.
